What Hearing Aids Does Costco Sell and How Can You Get Them at a Lower Price?

Costco is a well-known retailer for its bargain prices and wide selection of products. But did you know that it also sells hearing aids? In fact, Costco is the second largest supplier of hearing aids in the United States, just after the Department of Veterans Affairs. Costco Hearing Centers offer free hearing screenings to all members and provide professional medical grade hearing tests to reveal the extent of your hearing loss. Costco offers a variety of quality hearing aids, including models from Philips, Rexton, Phonak and GN ReSound.

The most affordable ones are labeled with Costco's Kirkland Signature brand. In many cases, these brands have created less expensive models with fewer bells and whistles exclusively for Costco. Kirkland Signature products are not manufactured by Costco itself. Currently, hearing aid manufacturer Sonova serves the Kirkland Signature hearing aid brand.

Previously, Costco partnered with GN Resound, Rexton and Sivantos to get their Kirkland Signature grants. Rexton is a hearing aid manufacturer that belongs to the Sivantos family of brands, which is currently part of the WS Audiology hearing aid conglomerate. Costco sells a variety of Rexton hearing aid models, including in-channel (RIC) and behind-the-ear (BTE) receiver models. The most popular Rexton style sold by Costco is the M-Core iX, an invisible, in-ear (ITE) design that fits completely inside the ear canal.

Phonak's Brio product lines come with innovative technologies designed to provide better speech understanding in noisy listening environments. Brio 4 line features behind-the-ear (BTE) and in-ear (ITE) designs. Costco also offers the Brio 3 B-675, which is a powerful BTE hearing aid for people with severe-to-profound hearing loss. GN ReSound is a manufacturer of hearing aids with a history that dates back to 1943 when it was founded by a doctor from Stanford University.

Now known as GN ReSound, the company is owned by the company GN Store Nord in Denmark and has a long reputation for quality. Costco offers several GN ReSound hearing aids, including the GN ReSound Preza rechargeable Receiver-in-Canal (RIC) hearing aid.Costco also offers Jabra Enhance Pro headphones which are new to the market. MDHearing offers affordable, high-quality hearing aids for a fraction of the cost of Costco and traditional hearing clinics. MDHearing designs and manufactures its own custom chipsets which allows them to sell quality hearing aids to consumers for thousands of dollars less than Costco and traditional hearing clinics.
